Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the normal function of bones, teeth, as well as muscles. Vitamin D improves oral calcium absorption and immunity. CALCIA Vegekalk-tablets contain natural, plant-based Aquamin™ calcium carbonate and Lalmin® VitaD ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) which is ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
 
Aquamin™ calcium carbonate is derived from the Lithothamnion calcaereum-algae (grown in the clear waters of Iceland), which naturally contains 74 different trace minerals. 
Lalmin® VitaD is a natural source of ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) derived from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
 
Ingredients: Aquamin ™ calcium carbonate, Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Lalmin® VitaD ergocalciferol, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids
 
Daily dosage 2 tablets contains:
Calcium                               800 mg
Vitamin D2                         800IU (20 mcg) 
 
Dosage: 2 tablets per day. Daily dosage should not be exceeded unless advised by medical professionals.
