Vitacell® Alfalipoiini contains alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) which is an important component of our body.
 
ALA supplementation shows health benefits for the treatment of neuropathies (i.e. nerve disorders) associated with nerve pain, weakness and numbness. By exerting strong antioxidant effects, ALA helps to reduce oxidative damage to nerve cells resulting from high blood sugar levels and improves blood circulation to nerve cells. ALA also shows pain relief properties by decreasing nerve sensitivity to pain.
 
Adequate ALA levels may help to alleviate the symptoms of diabetic polyneuropathy (a common complication of diabetes) and other neuropathies including sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Daily dosage 1-2 tablets contain:
Alpha-lipoic acid                              250-500 mg
 
Dosage: 1-2 tablets per day. Tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid. Absorption is improved by taking Vitacell® Alfalipoiini on an empty stomach. If gastrointestinal discomfort occurs, take with meals.
