Proovulin contains a biologically active form of inositol: myo-inositol, the active form of folic acid/ folate: 5MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), vitamins B6 and B12.
 
Myo-inositol supports normal ovarian function and glucose metabolism.  Bioactive folate promotes normal blood cell production and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin Bs support normal homocysteine levels which contributes to preconception health.
 
Proovulin is recommended for adults, especially women of childbearing age, to supplement their diet with inositol, folic acid, vitamins B 6  and B 12 .
 
Each sachet contains:
Myo-inositol - 2000 mg
Vitamin B6 - 1.4 mg
5-methyltetrahydrofolate, supplying folate - 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 - 2.5 mcg
 
Recommended Dosage:
Adults - 1 sachet a day during a meal or as advised by a medical profession. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of lukewarm water and drink immediately after preparation.
