Delivery/Return & Exchange

Things you should know about our delivery policy:

  1. We deliver all orders by our own staff. No third-party couriers involved.
     

  2. You should expect your order to arrive within 3-4 working days, although most of the time you'll receive them earlier.
     

  3. Standard delivery is free with no minimum order value.
     

  4. If you require your order urgently, a  fee of $8 is chargeable for same day delivery (for orders made before 5pm), or next day delivery (for orders made after 5pm)

    For same day delivery, you may receive your parcel latest by 10pm.

    We do have a physical pharmacy so feel free to do a walk-in!
     

  5. We do not deliver out of Singapore.

About Return/ Exchange:

​All items sold/ delivered are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene considerations.

 

In the very unlikely event that you receive your order in damaged or faulty conditions, please contact us within 24 hours and we will try our best to assist you.
