EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: 
Saccharomyces boulardii (5 billion CFU)
 
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 
Infants 2 to 12 months: One (1) capsule daily.
Children 1 year and older and adults: One (1) to two (2) capsules daily. 
Can be taken concurrently with antibiotic therapy.
During travel: One (1) capsule daily, five days before and during travel.
The capsule can be opened and the contents emptied onto a spoon containing water, cold tea, yogurt, milk, porridge, and drunk or eaten immediately.
