For use as a natural laxative. 
 
Each coated tablet contains sennosides 7.5mg. Very small tablet size for easy swallowing.
 
Dosage:
For adults, 1-4 tablets per day, to be taken orally at night. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
 
Precaution:
Chronic use may cause serious bowel problems, and loss of essential minerals. Seek medical advise for use beyond 1 to 2 weeks.
 
Contraindication:
Do not take if you have known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients used in the formulation, intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown origin, nausea, vomiting and dehydration.
