25% Arnica montana flower extract provides quick relief against blunt injuries (e.g. bruises, sprains, contusions, pinches), muscle and joint complaints. 
 
Supplemented with moisturising betaine and soothing panthenol for pleasant effects on the skin.  
 
Application: Apply to the affected areas of skin and gently massage in.For external application only. Do not apply to mucous membranes and damaged skin. Do not use on the face and avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to composite plants.
