Each Calcium + Vitamin D3 tablet contains 400 mg calcium and 10 μg vitamin D3 (equivalent to 400 IU).

Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate, fillers Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maize Starch, release agent Magnesium Stearate, filler Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, releasing agent Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin D3.
 
Recommended dosage: Take 1 - 2 tablets daily. Swallow with sufficient liquid.
 
Store in a dry place below 25°C. Protect from light.
