CalciD-Denk contains your daily calcium and vitamin D needs in a delicious, orange-flavoured beverage. Calcium supports bone formation while vitamin D improves calcium absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.
Recommended dosage:
Adult - 1 tablet a day. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200mL of water and drink.
Can be taken with or between meals.
Each daily dosage of 1 effervescent tablet provides:
Elemental calcium (as calcium carbonate) 1000 mg
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 880 IU
Caution: Do not take CalciD-Denk concurrently with other calcium and vitamin D supplements without medical adivce. Calcium interacts with certain antibiotics, levothyroxine, osteoporosis medications, as well as iron and zinc suplements. Seek professional advice from your pharmacists or doctors before taking CalciD-Denk.
Do not take if you
- are allergic to any ingredients of CalciD-Denk
- have an abnormally high level of calcium in you blood or urine
- have an abnormally high level of vitamin D in your blood or
- have severely impaired kidney function
Inactive Ingredients:
alpha-tocopherol, hydrogenated soya oil, gelatin, sucrose, maize starch, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, lactose monohydrate, povidone, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, macrogol 6000, simethicone, methylcellulose, orange juice flavour.
