Directions:
For external use only. Apply an appropriate amount to the skin or scalp and massage gently. 
 
For cradle cap treatment, apply a small amount on the scalp and gently massage with your fingers or a soft brush to loosen the scales.  Gently comb out the scales and shampoo thoroughly.
