Fortesan® Sahrami + C + B6 contains the standardised Saffr’ Activ® saffron extract from the stigmas of saffron (Crocus sativus) flowers. Saffr’ Activ® helps to promote a  healthy, balanced mood and improves sleep quality. DL-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid which contributes to normal neurotransmission. Vitamin B6 and C supports normal psychological function and energy-yielding metabolism.

Anti-caking agents microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide, DL-phenylalanine, Ascorbic acid, Saffron extract (Saffr´Activ®), Surface finishing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, Pyridoxine hydrochloride
      
Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:  
Saffron extract                30 mg

Safranal   600 mcg
DL-phenylalanine          250mg
Vitamin C                            80mg
Vitamin B6                         1.4mg
 
 
Dosage: 1 tablet per day. The daily dosage should not be exceeded.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
Do not take if you are on antidepressants or other mood medications, unless on the advice of doctors or pharmacists.
