Melatosell® Melatonin contains melatonin which is a hormone found naturally in the body and is secreted from the pineal gland in the brain. Melatonin regulates the sleep-wake rhythm among other physiological effects. 
 
Melatosell® Melatonin is an orodispersible tablet which can dissolve in the mouth for quick absorption and onset of effects. It facilitates the onset of sleep and enhance sleep quality in conjunction with good sleeping habits. Suitable for individuals with insomnia or suffering from jet lag. 
 
Ingredients: Mannitol, Maize starch, Emulsifier magnesium salts of fatty acids, Melatonin
 
Daily dosage 1 tablet contains:
Melatonin                           1.9 mg
 
Dosage: 1 tablet just before bedtime. The tablet can be dissolved in the mouth for quick onset of effect or swallowed with liquid.
 
Caution: 
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
Do not take Melatosell® Melatonin if you have an autoimmune disease, liver impairment, use anti-convulsants, anti-depressants, blood thinners or medications that decrease alertness.  Seek healthcare professional advice before use.
