D-Vitum 1000 IU VEGAN contains natural vitamin D3 derived from the lichen Cladonia rangiferina. It is thus suitable for vegans as it does not contain ingredients of animal origin. Each spray provides 1000 IU of vitamin D3. 
 
Vitamin D improves the absorption of orally-ingested calcium, thus helping to maintain healthy bones, teeth and muscle. It also supports good immunity. 
 
Ingredients: Medium chain triglyceride oil, cold-pressed olive oil, Cholecalciferol (Cladonia rangiferina lichen extract), Mixture of tocopherols
 
Daily dosage 1 spray contains:
Vitamin D3                                   1000 IU
 
Dosage & Administration: 
1 spray directly into the mouth or onto food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless under the advice of healthcare professionals. 
 
For first use: Mount the dosing pump on the bottle. Press the pump several times until an even dose is dispensed.
 
Discard 3 months from first use.
 
Storage: 
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from sunlight.
