Sanct Bernhard Lecithin Vital Granulate contains pure soy lecithin which is rich in phospholipids. Phospholipids, including choline, are essential for body functions such as the maintenance of healthy liver function and lipid metabolism. 
 
Essential Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs) present in lecithin also contribute to healthy skin barrier function and hydration.
 
Lecithin can improve symptoms of blocked milk ducts or inflammation in breastfeeding women (5-10g per day). When used as a supplement during pregnancy and breastfeeding, lecithin is a good source of choline to support brain and nerve development.  
 
Recommended Dosage:
Adults - 14 g once daily (4 teaspoons)
Children aged 4 and over - 7 g once daily (2 teaspoons)
 
Mix granulate into drinks (e.g. milk, juice, coffee, tea, smoothie) or food (e.g. yogurt, granola, cereal, oatmeal).
